Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Bilal and Hamid came to install my new smart lock on short notice today. They were excellent and the price was fair. Hamid did a clean job with the handy work and Bilal was very thorough and helpful with the set up and teaching me about the lock. They cleaned up before leaving too. Very satisfied. Thanks team

If you’re located in Avencia Cluster, Damac Hills 2, and using an old or basic Midea thermostat, we can upgrade your system with a modern smart thermostat — not just Nest, but any compatible thermostat like Ecobee or Aqara S3 — using the right converter kit for your AC.

We’ve already completed successful installations in Avencia, replacing both wired and IR-controlled Midea thermostats with smart solutions. Now you can enjoy temperature control from your phone, automation schedules, and voice assistant support — all without changing your existing AC unit.

Real Project Completed in Avencia Cluster

In a recent installation, we replaced the original Midea thermostat with the Nest Learning Thermostat (4th Gen), converting a standard package AC into a smart home-compatible system. The project was completed with a professional converter kit, ensuring seamless integration and performance.

Installation of Nest, Ecobee, or Aqara S3 thermostats
Installation of a converter kit based on AC type
Full smart thermostat configuration and testing
App, Wi-Fi, and voice assistant integration

Nest Learning Thermostat – 4th Gen
Nest Learning Thermostat – 3rd Gen (discounted)
Ecobee Smart Thermostat Premium
Ecobee Smart Thermostat Enhanced
Aqara Smart Thermostat S3 (for Apple HomeKit and Matter integration)

These thermostats work with Google Assistant, Alexa, Siri, and popular home automation platforms.
