Refund and Cancellations

Our 24/7 customer service ensures that we can respond quickly to any feedback or issues you may have about Justcare.tech services. Because we’re committed to you and your booking, we must turn away other new buyers in order to honor our agreement. It’s tough to design a fresh timetable when a surprise cancellation or rescheduling request comes through. There are various cancellation and refund policies in place for Justcare.tech services as a result.

 

Please give us at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to change or cancel your appointment, as we turn away other customers to make room for you. In the event of a cancellation with less than 24 hours’ notice, no reimbursement will be issued. Customers who wish to cancel a Saturday appointment must do so by the previous Thursday at the latest.

Cash, jewelry, and other valuables are the responsibility of the client. In terms of theft and dishonesty, Justcare.tech has a zero-tolerance policy. However, none of the foregoing is regarded as an obligation or liability. If you cancel on the spot, you’ll be responsible for the entire cost. Only the original method of payment will be used for refunds.
