🔁 Return Policy

Physical Products

  • You may return a product within 14 days of delivery.

  • Returned products must be:

    • Unused

    • In original packaging

    • Including all accessories, manuals, and documentation

  • Returns are not accepted if:

    • The item has been installed or used

    • The item is damaged after delivery

    • The item is marked as non-returnable

Installation Services

  • Installation services are non-refundable once completed.

  • If you face any issues, contact us within 7 days of service completion.


🛠️ Warranty Information

  • Installation Services: Covered by a 1-month warranty from the date of service.

  • All Products: Covered under the official manufacturer warranty. Warranty terms may vary by brand and product. Please refer to the product documentation or contact us for assistance with claims.


💳 Refund Process

  • Once your returned product is received and inspected, you’ll be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item delivered).


🔄 Exchanges

  • Exchanges are allowed only for defective or damaged items reported within 48 hours of delivery.
