1. What We Offer

At JustCare, we proudly provide a curated range of premium smart home solutions, including:

  • Smart Thermostats

  • Ring Products

We also offer expert installation services for all these products throughout the UAE.


2. Return Policy

2.1 Returning Physical Products

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery as long as the product is in perfect, unused condition.

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and uninstalled

  • In its original packaging

  • Complete with all accessories, manuals, and documentation

We cannot accept returns if:

  • The product has been installed or used

  • The product is damaged after delivery

  • The item is marked as non-returnable at purchase


2.2 Installation Services

Installation services are considered final once completed and are non-refundable.

If you experience an issue with an installation, simply contact us within 7 days. Our team will be happy to assist you.


3. Warranty Coverage

3.1 Installation Warranty

Every installation completed by JustCare includes a 1-month service warranty for your peace of mind.

3.2 Product Warranty

All products at JustCare are covered by the official manufacturer’s warranty.
Warranty durations and terms vary by product and brand. If you need help submitting a claim, our support team is always here to guide you.


4. Refund Process

Once your returned product arrives at our facility, it will be inspected.

If the return is approved:

  • Your refund will be issued back to the original payment method

  • Processing typically takes 7–10 business days

  • Shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is due to our mistake (e.g., wrong or faulty item delivered)


5. Exchanges

You may request an exchange only for defective or damaged items, provided you report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.

For damaged items, please contact us right away so we can take quick action.


6. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and policy reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Customized or special-order items

  • Digital or downloadable software/codes

  • Items marked “non-returnable” at checkout
