It requires the presence of 6 wires from the indoor fan unit to the thermostat location, a feature typically seen in apartments with central chillers and communities with district cooling.
Our installation fee for the Google Nest Thermostat 3rd Generation includes the cost of voltage conversion parts, wiring, transport, and labour charges. Please note that in cases where additional auxiliary wires from the fan unit need to be pulled, extra charges may apply. Additional charges may also be incurred for buildings equipped with modulating actuator motors. The prices mentioned do not apply to installations involving DC voltage fan motors. For these installations, please contact us directly for specific pricing details.
